BS7000-2 Product Design - a management summary

A considerable amount of attention is given to the results of the design process, whilst relatively little is said about how that process is managed. This is unfortunate, as good or bad management can make or break a design project, particularly if senior management is involved (which they should be). British Standard BS7000-2 ‘Guide to managing the design of manufactured products’ provides a lot of extremely useful information on this often ignored topic.

We have prepared a mangement summary of this rather long document, which we are not allowed to make available as a download. If you would like a copy, please email mike@crucibledesign.co.uk and we will email it to you.
