When your product range has a great reputation for engineering quality and reliability, but is looking rather old fashioned, what do you do? Call Crucible, of course!
Airdri are one of our oldest clients, and when Bruce Philipps took over from his father in 2013, he knew that the company needed updating. Having designed Airdri's most successful products in the past, Crucible was invited to conduct a product review before designing a new range of hand driers.
The result was the Quest and the Quazar, two driers with different form factors but a common approach to appearance. The curved, tapered housings have proven very popular and been a central part of the rebranding of the company for the new century.
As Dave Lewis, Group Engineeering Manager, puts it:
"From the initial product strategy meetings through to concept design and technical development, Crucible has delivered two stunning hand dryers that represent an exciting new chapter for Airdri."
